Brian Tretter

President

Bio

Brian has been with Seufert Construction since 1990 when he started as a part-time field laborer during the summer months and holiday breaks. After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business, he was hired as the company's controller and became a partner in 2001. As President, Brian is responsible for the overall operations of the business including the formulation and implementation of plans and policies, ensuring profitable growth, and fulfilling the company's commitment to customers, employees, vendors, and the communities we serve. Brian is actively involved in the community serving on various Boards and Committees including the Dubois County Community Foundation, VU Jasper Campus Foundation, Advisory Council Member of Butler Manufacturing, Tri-County YMCA Finance Committee and the Ferdinand Community Endowment. When he's not at the office or attending a meeting, Brian spends time with his wife, Jill, and their three sons - Evan, Tyler, and Conner - enjoying the children's activities, traveling, and the outdoors.

Scott Tretter

Vice President

Bio

With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott is well-poised to oversee your project. Upon graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Construction and Engineering, Scott began his career with the company as Project Manager until becoming a partner in 2001. As Vice President, Scott oversees and manages the company's overall business operations including sales, project development, design, engineering and estimating. Scott often works directly with the customers, employees and vendors to see a project through from conception to completion. Scott serves on the Scenic Hills Care Center Advisory Council, Kiwanis of Ferdinand, the Ferdinand Knights of Columbus, and is a Junior Achievement Educator. Scott and his wife Theresa have three children - Lauren, Katelyn, and Garrett. An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and helping people achieve greater goals in life. .

Chris Tretter

Development & Strategic Planning, Access Storage Now

Bio

Chris joined Access Storage in May 2012 as an equal partner with Brian Tretter and Scott Tretter, taking on the role of Vice President of Development. Access Storage is a sister company to Seufert Construction. In this role, he leads the day-to-day operations and growth of Access Storage while also supporting the development of Seufert Construction and Progressive Investment Company (PIC). Chris holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Masters degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University. Prior to joining Access Storage, Seufert Construction and PIC, Chris spent 21 years in corporate America. We're glad he needed a break from that life because he's been an asset to each of our companies! Chris and his wife, Dawn, have three children - Devyn, Garrison, and Brant. An avid golfer and golf coach (as Forest Park's head pro and as a Level 1 First Tee Instructor), Chris loves coaching kids to see their eyes light up during the "aha" moments! He enjoys watching his children compete in their activities and spending time with family and close friends.


Matt Snively

CFO

Bio

Matt manages and oversees all financial aspects of Seufert Construction and its subsidiary companies including accounting, financial reporting, banking and business growth. In addition to his fiscal responsibilities, he plays a significant role in managing information technology, insurance, human resources and employee benefits. With a BS in Accounting from Ball State University, Matt has nearly 20 years of management experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, and consulting. Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Indiana CPA Society and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has served on the board of Directors of the AICPA’s Joint Trial Board and the board of directors for Flanner House of Indianapolis, Inc., and has recently been appointed to the Junior Achievement of Southern Indiana Advisory Council. Matt enjoys spending free time with his tight-knit family including wife Mary, son Clayton and daughter Bailey. Together, they enjoy spending time in the outdoors camping, fishing and hiking. When Matt isn't at work or with his family, he may be hard to catch as he and wife Mary love to run, both training and participating in mini and full marathons together.


Marty Welp

Development Manager

Bio

Marty joined the Seufert team and its subsidiary companies in 2016 as Development Manager, assisting in acquisition and development of real estate. Marty also spends some of his time as a project manager and implements company culture initiatives including employee development, philanthropy, and safety and performance. Prior to coming on board with Seufert Construction, Marty spent several years doing mission work in Haiti where he met his wife, Mati & daughter Blondine. He enjoys sporting events, concerts & makes sure to find time to make a few trips to Haiti every year to continue his passion for mission work. 

Jessica Lindauer

Marketing Manager

Bio

Jessica joined the Seufert team and its subsidiary companies in 2016 to assist with marketing and advertising. She is responsible for the company’s online presence, social media platforms, graphic design, public relations, and corporate signage for all companies. With several years of experience in marketing and sales, Jessica understands the importance of online presence and is continuously trying to improve the digital footprints of all the companies. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys relaxing at the lake, traveling, reading, & spending time with her growing family, including her husband, Doug and two children, Wesley and Alexa. 


Luke Wehr

Director of Operations

Bio

Luke's primary focus is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company including overall company safety, field personnel, current and projected workload, equipment and scheduling. He works directly with customers, subcontractors and the Seufert team to ensure your project is a success. A graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Technology, Luke has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry having worked in various capacities here at Seufert Construction. Luke is an active member of the Dubois County Builders Association, the Jasper Outdoor Rec, and enjoys coaching youth sports. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family, which includes his wife Brooke, and three children, Olivia, Abby, and Jake.


Jason Brown

Architect - LEED, AP BD+C

Bio

As a registered architect with 13 years of experience, Jason enjoys working on a variety of project types. From initial client contact to conceptual design to construction documents, his skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUP allow for a well-communicated design. Along with occasional project management, Jason is partially responsible for maintaining our design software as well as capturing some of our aerial photography and videography. Jason graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Architecture & Environmental Science and a Minor in Marketing. Jason serves on Tell City’s Brick by Brick on Main Committee and is married to his lovely wife, Kelli, a Family Nurse Practitioner. Outside of the office Jason loves to spend time with family and prefers to be outdoors as much as possible. When he’s not tackling a new travel adventure with Kelli, he loves golfing, fishing, hiking and kayaking. Even when it’s time for old man winter, he keeps a smile on his face with some Colts football and getting back into hunting. With a client focused attitude, Jason strives to help the design team do what it takes to produce a successful project for all involved.


Tom Reyling

Senior Designer

Bio

Tom provides all functional design services primarily focused on the preparation of drawings for architectural designs, building plans, site development plans, and project specifications. He also assists in maintaining CAD systems and integrating the latest design technology into all of our projects. Tom has 45 years of knowledge and experience in the design/engineering industry. He is a graduate of Vincennes University with an AS in Architectural Drafting Technology and Ball State University with a BS in Urban and Regional Studies and a Minor in Political Science. Tom and his wife Theresa are the parents of Heather, Katie, and Andrew and the proud grandparents of Cassidy and Courtney.


Brandon Betz

Project Manager

Bio

Brandon is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project including assessment, pricing, documentation and coding, client and subcontractor communication, and review and recommendation of design options in accordance with budget and schedule. Prior to becoming project manager, Brandon spent eight years with the company in various field roles including supervisor where he managed significant projects, guided the field team, and provided consistent communication to the client. He holds an AS degree in Construction Technology Management from Vincennes University. While Brandon considers himself a pretty hard worker, he takes time for the finer things in life too. He loves the water, hunting, snow skiing, bicycling, exercising and spending time with his family, including his wife Abby, son Pete, & dog, Murray.


Chuck Recker

Project Manager

Bio

Chuck is in charge of leading, managing, and safely executing all construction aspects of a project including assessment, pricing, documentation and coding, client and subcontractor communication, and review and recommendation of design options in accordance with budget and schedule. Chuck has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, the last 11 of them in project management. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Indiana State University. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, playing cards and having fun with friends. Chuck is married to his better half, Cindy, and has two sons Aaron and Andrew.


Lisa Schroering

Construction Operations Support Mgr.

Bio

With nearly 20 years in the construction industry, Lisa works daily with the project owners and architects processing submittals, RFI’s and change orders; she sends test reports, proposal requests, creates meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes. Lisa also works with the project managers and sub-contractors ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete for projects currently in progress. Lisa also handles human resources and assists with safety initiatives for our employees. In her free time, Lisa is never found sitting still, she enjoys traveling both in and out of the county with her husband, Paul Schroering, attending concerts (her passion is Kid Rock), jeeping, geocaching, and volunteering for her community and church. Lisa is the proud mother of 2 children, recently married Katie Reuber and the late, Benton Kluesner.
